Welcome to Amelia J's Crafting - I am Sam and based in North Dorset.

Up to now I worked in advertising for 20 years and then the last 20 years in education. Recently, I made the decision to change direction and follow my dreams...

I have always loved sewing and this started when I was at school. We couldn't afford lots of clothing so I made my own...particularly jumpsuits which I was well known for!!

I have attempted many crafts (and still love to experiment) and am lucky enough to have my own craft room at home. Then I went on to make my children's clothing but a busy life of children, family and work took over.

Now, I have resurrected my love of fabric and channelled it into this new business. 

The website is a work in progress but I aim to add crafting products as well as my handmade items.
